The COVID-19 pandemic strain on the healthcare system, galvanized our efforts to use the innovation of telemedicine and remote work to continue therapy and expand exponentially into other markets. As committed leaders in the industry, we went to work recruiting licensed professionals to join our team and do the mission work of mental health care. These professionals were in search of partners to ease the administrative burden and any barriers for patient connectivity.
